P&C also provides internal Business Analysis services to the organisation.In this role you will support and lead on elements of the successful delivery of UKSBS’s Change Portfolio by providing a professional and progressive department-wide administrative and facilitative service.You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of the organisation’s Change Request Process from beginning to end and will also have the opportunity to get involved in a number of different projects, programmes and initiatives taking placearound P&C and across the business.This is a varied and challenging role which will require you to be able to build trusted relationships with colleagues, deliver at pace, communicate and collaborate effectively and have real attention to detail. The role will require responding to differenttypes of challenges and tasks on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to react quickly and independently to requests, with the ability to recognise competing priorities and take the initiative to make decisions and respond as needed.To do this role well you will have: (essential criteria)

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including a good working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office packages (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Proficient in calendar management, ideally using MS Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Previous administration experience
