The school have both full-time and part-time roles availableso whether you are looking for 1 or 5 days per week, the opportunity is available for you. In addition, the school has opportunities available across EYFS-Sixth Form, so regardless of your preference or specialism, we have the opportunity for you.The role will involve working with pupils across different age groups on both a 1 to 1 basis and in small groups. A key part of the role will be to work effectively alongside Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to ensure all pupils receive the bestpossible levels of support that are suited to their individual learning styles and needs. The role will also involve working with pupils with a range of SEN and challenging behaviour.The school works with pupils with a wide range of SEN and challenging behaviour. Additionally, some pupils may be none-verbal, some may require personal care and others may display challenging behaviour. As a result, your adaptability, resilience and relationship-buildingskills as a practitioner will be key.It is a brilliantly supportive, inspiring, and enjoyable environment for both students and staff.
