Job Description

Job PurposeTo support the HR Team across CT Globally with our data systems and coordinate the Learning and Development activities across the Teesside Sites and Paddington Site. Fulfilling all ad hoc reporting and analysis requirements in line with business needs.Principal AccountabilitiesHR SystemsThis role will be responsible for the following;

  • Data Owner for UK (excluding Clitheroe) CT Baseline
  • Submit monthly Baseline and non-employee Baseline data to Sector and assist with any follow up required
  • Key developer and Site Owner for the HR Sharepoint Site
  • Data validation to inform key HR processes such as renumeration
  • Support key projects and milestones throughout the year and provide ad hoc data when required to senior leaders and HR colleagues, as requested
  • Assist with the coordination of the annual salary review and bonus process
  • Monthly reporting expectations to EHS, Finance and Starters/Leavers reports to business leaders
  • Maintain the Inspiring Performance system and support managers with queries as they arise
  • Maintain the data accuracy of the employee Baseline and the non-employee Baseline on an ongoing basis, supporting HR colleagues with this as required
  • Generally supporting the HR Team with key communications to ensure alignment across the Sector
  • Any other reasonable business request relating to the HR functions and systems
  • L&D AccountabilitiesThis role will be responsible for the following;
  • Maintain the training tracker
  • Ensure data integrity
  • Liaise with the businesses across the Teesside sites and Paddington site
  • Manage relationships with training providers and liaise with colleague to book training
  • Requesting quotes from suppliers
  • Raising Purchase Orders to facilitate payment to suppliers
  • Budgeting to ensure timely charge back to the businesses supported on site
  • Support the Interim L&D Manager to evolve the L&D awareness and processes across site and gain buy in from key stakeholders
  • Provide reports on a regular basis to all businesses on training needs and completed training
  • Work on developing a Preferred Suppliers List
  • Work on developing and implementing a process for learning going forwards using online tools such as Sharepoint
  • Maintain the SHINE system and ensure that starters and leavers are captured accurately
  • Provide monthly reports to the client to update the Group LMS
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with the EHS Team to ensure compliance training is successfully completed and accurately captured
  • Work closely with the HR contacts within CT and across the Businesses to ensure consistency
  • Contribute to the Site Newsletter as required
  • Ensure the training plan is developed and informed by key stakeholders
  • Review content for L&D with Subject Matter Experts to ensure that the training is appropriate
