Billingham Grange provides treatment and care for individuals experiencing enduring mental health illness and behaviour that may challenge. It is a 50-bedded Independent Hospital with three age and gender-specific wards. Our admission criteria is for working-age adults with enduring and progressive mental disorder, acquired brain injury, cognitive impairment, complex and challenging behaviour and forensic step-down.The Billingham Grange provides treatment and care under the provision of the Mental Health Act, DoLS, or as an Informal Patient. Treatment and care pathways are formulated, delivered and reviewed by a highly skilled Multi-disciplinary Team.The hospital currently has a CQC rating of Outstanding!ABOUT THE ROLEAs Hospital Clinical Lead (RMN) at a Barchester independent mental health hospital, youll make sure we always deliver the quality mental health care and support our patients deserve. Well look to you to monitor our multidisciplinary teams and directly improvethe lives of our patients. Youll build meaningful professional relationships with patients who have a range of complex and sometimes challenging behaviours because theyre living with conditions such as dementia, Huntingtons or Parkinsons. Supporting theHospital Director and deputising for them in their absence, youll take pride in seeing the impact your work will have on your hospitals mental health care provision.
