A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, established and growing company in the thriving e-commerce sector.We are working with one of the UK’s leading online retailers in their sector, based in Stockton-on-Tees. They are looking for a motivated and driven person to join their small, friendly & hardworking team. The successful candidate will be working for a successful, growing company built on offering excellent service to its customers.The role will involve, but is not limited to:·Product data entry / posting new products to the website·Communicating by phone and email·Running reports and queries from in-house database·General administration duties and providing a first-class customer service.You will need to have IT skills to use the data management systems, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, macros, moderately complex expressions, conditional formatting etc.). Familiarity with databases would be advantageous, including knowledge of Tab or CSV files.You will be given training, guidance and support to develop your role within the company and your responsibilities will grow over time. There is good scope and strong potential for future promotions for the right individuals.
