I am delighted to be working alongside a well-known national client based in Billingham to recruit a Finance Support Administrator on an initial temporary basis with home working available.Duties: Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing andinvoice queries. Process Wages. Process month end accruals within the companys deadline. Collate data from internal and external databases / contacts. Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive. Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems. Assist with ongoing and ad hoc Projects including the mobilisation of new contracts anddilapidation process for terminated contracts. Take service request calls from clients andarrange service booking. Ensure work output is delivered accurately to agreed timescales.Person Specification: GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above. Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance administrative role. Microsoft Office and Google applications experience. Organisational Skills are key to this role as you need to manage a variety of tasksand deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively when working remotely.
