Job Description

Role: Customer Service Co-Ordinator Contract Length: 10 Months Location: Billingham (Hybrid)Job purposeWorking within the Tracerco Assurance support services team, providing administration and customer service support for the sale, calibration, and service of radiation detection equipmentPrincipal accountabilities

  • Responding to customer queries and assisting with monitoring the team email account
  • Responsible for enquiry management process for equipment sales, preparing and issuing daily quotes, following up on enquiries and reporting on status to the Support Services Manager
  • Checking and accepting purchase orders for service work and sales of equipment
  • Inputting of invoice requests onto calibration database for processing, resolving rejected invoices and dealing with invoice queries
  • Contacting customers to follow up on requests for purchase orders for outstanding work
  • Liaising with operations team to keep customers updated on job progress
  • Updating of operations planner and attendance at weekly operations meetings
  • Coordinating the rental service
  • Performing due diligence and screening on customers as required, and ensuring compliance with company wide procedures
  • Reviewing and updating of customer service procedures to reflect current working practices
  • Debt management and recovery for the monitors business, including advising customers of account status and credit terms and chasing payment of unpaid invoices.
  • To carry out any other duties which are within the employees skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
Qualifications/ knowledge/ experience
  • Experience of working in a sales administration or customer service environment Essential
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment Essential
  • Experience with review and acceptance of contracts and purchase orders Desirable
