Job Description

We are searching for an additional Software Developers / Software Engineers for an exciting customer based in North Devon. You will be enthusiastic about software development and you will become an important part of these clients development teams, takingon responsibility for architecture, design, development and testing of new technologies, systems, solutions and products.You will be working as part of a Scrum Team helping to develop Embedded and MS Windows/Linux systems and products.You will be responsible for requirements analysis and review to help initiate software development, delivery and implementation.You will work closely with your colleagues on a day-to-day basis and you will be involved in code reviews/peer reviews to enhance software quality assurance activities.You will also provide some software application support to all parts of the business which will involve direct contact with customers and sub-contractors, hence good communication skills are a distinct bonus.We are looking for experience, both commercial and/or academic, in the following key areas;

  • C#
  • XAML / XML
  • WPF
  • C++
  • Rust
  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • ReactJS
  • Version Control (Git or similar)
  • Embedded Software Development
To be considered for these roles you will require experience of working in an Agile/Scrum software delivery environment.
