Were looking for a Quality Adviser who will work to the following standards:People First: Your expertise in quality assurance will play a key role in nurturing our teams potential. Embrace a culture of excellence and ensure that everyones contributions are valued.Awe-Inspiring Audits: Take the lead when audit time comes around - this could be in relation to ISO standards (we currently hold 9001,14001 and are actively working on certifying 45001), from our customers, other stakeholders or internally. Youll need to planand manage these interactions and monitor compliance with our IMS.Customer Confidence: Speaking of customers, youll liaise with and coordinate investigation of customer quality issues. Preparing CAPA reports to ensure that issues do not re-occur. Quality: Empower our dynamic team to maintain the highest quality standards across production areas. Using your expertise as a Quality Adviser, youll be the driving force behind our continuous improvement journey.Incredible Inspection: Youll keep your hands on inspection skills up to date and support across the inspection service as required. Particularly during busy times or to assist with covering periods of absence.What youll bring to the table:* Verbal, written communication and report writing skills* Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering drawings and able to inspect against them* Experience coordinating and conducting compliance reviews and audits* Experience of dealing with external auditors and customers* Demonstrable administration and organisational skills to manage workload whilst providing efficient service* Nice to have: Formal Engineering Qualification* Nice to have: Working knowledge of progress plus or similar systemWhat we offer in returnMy client can offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as growth opportunities.
