Role: Maintenance EngineerShift: Days - Mon to Fri (Flexible with start and finish times)Salary: £32,000 - £38,000Location: CornwallCompany:A rapidly growing manufacturing plant in Cornwall are dedicated to grow their Engineering team. To be considered for this Maintenance rolea multi skilled background, innovative and a desire to learn and develop are the core ingredients needed to be considered for this role.Job Specification:Carrying out maintenance across 3 production lines1st Production Line: FudgeCookers, mixers, coveyers, auto bagging machines, flow wrappers, gluing machines, robotics2nd Production Line: Free From RangeMelting tanks, one shot dosing machines, moulding machines, chilling melts, mixers, conveyors, auto bagging machines, flow wrappers, metal detectors, weight checkers3rd Production Line; Snack BarsElectrical oil cookers, mixers, chilled rollers, slitters, guillotine machines, chocolate covers, flow wrappers, metal detectors

  • Ensuring day-to-day production plans are met by maintaining and supporting the installed assets
  • Being responsible and accountable for completing planned preventative maintenance schedules in a safe and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy. Including machine set up.
  • Being involved with appropriate training to improve skills and help to ensure all plant needs are met.
  • Looking for and implementing cost effective solutions to continuous improvement and using lean techniques
