HR BUSINESS CENTRE OPERATIONAL MANAGERMy client are a Bexleyheath based Local Government Office who are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Centre Operational Manager to start asap!Purpose of the job:To manage the HR operational team, in order to ensure the delivery of an efficient and expert service to internal and external customers, which is compliant with all relevant statutory regulations and Council policies. To lead on and contribute to the development and implementation of specific projects and to initiate reviews of operational processes to deliver maximum efficiency and quality of service To work closely with all users of the HR System to ensure data integrity. To provide expert advice to Staff, Senior Managers, Members and Schools in the following areas: • The application of national and local service conditions • PAYE regulations and the application of other statutory payments and deductions • The application of HR policies • Membership of Local Government, Teachers and NHS pension schemes • Use of the integrated HR system- Must have supervisory experience in Payroll (minimum 5 years)- Resourcelink experience would be a benefit- Must have experience a public sector rolesIf you fit the criteria above and can start asap please do not hesitate to submit your CV today!
