Consortium are looking to recruit a Trader for our prestigious client. Working on a national basis, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, buying and selling commodities, maximising the revenue and profit potential for the business.About the role:* Manage a portfolio of clients as well as identify new opportunities for business* Trade across multiple countries & continents, driving sales and managing costs to grow GP* Understand market information and trends and share such information with other members of the team* Negotiating across both sales and sourcing to create GP* Build relationships with new and existing clients to maximise business and market developmentAbout you:* Exceptional buying and selling skills with previous experience in trading or selling internationally* A proven track record of commercial delivery* Great attention to detail and the ability to multitask* Self motivated* Positive and flexible attitude and ability to meet deadlines* Strong organisational and communication skills* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a collaborative teamThe role is paying up to £70k plus bonus and incentives and offers the potential to develop internally.
