Based in the Beverley area, this Travel Consultant position offers a competitive basic, commission incentives, discounts and many more benefits.JOB DESCRIPTION:-Working in a Retail Travel store, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, offering excellent customer service-Quoting a wide range of holidays from packages to tailor-made to suit your customers need-Converting quotes into confirmed bookings and working to exceed sales targets-Keeping your product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in- depth knowledge of the companys destinations.-Working hours vary dependent on the branch but are usually Monday - Sunday daytime hours with weekends will be on a rota basis (some branches may require evenings on a rota basis too) - Lead with exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:We are seeking candidates that have previous experience as a Travel Agent, looking for a new challenge and a company they can develop with. However, consideration will be given to those candidates that are seeking a career in the Travel Industry and can demonstrate their commitment to this.
