Job Description

OFFICE ADMINISTRATORPOSITION: Office AdministratorLOCATION: HullSALARY: UP TO £27,000 + 28 DAYS HOLIDAY PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS + GROUP SHARE SCHEMETHE ROLE: Our client are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The successful Office Administrator will be reporting to the Office Manager. You will be working in a high pacedenvironment with a culture that encourages a strong team spirit.The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in an office administration role, have an excellent work ethic and great communication skills.DUTIES

  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities and general administrative support
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
  • Manage all travel arrangements, hotel bookings for senior team & staff
  • Provide assistance with different budgeting and bookkeeping activities
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery
  • Co-ordinate with cleaning crew on cleanliness of office space
  • Coordinate and participate in office space planning, ordering of furniture, maintenance in relation to office
  • Order of office lunches & manage Friday lunches
  • Maintaining filing systems (delivery notes, share-point filing support)
  • Assist with booking and liaising training needs of staff
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator (1-2 years)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Familiar with Share-Point is a benefit
