An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Legal Executive to join a leading Legal 500 law firms Insolvency Litigation team based in Beverley, East Yorkshire. Our client is a successful and large modern practice with offices across Lincolnshireand East Yorkshire and have been recognised and accredited by various associations across the country. If you are an Insolvency Chartered Legal Executive with excellent relationship-building skills, then my client would like to hear from you.The role:- Maximising departmental profitability by supporting the firms Insolvency Practitioners, Partners and Solicitors- This will include handling a broad range of Personal Insolvency Litigation and Corporate Insolvency Litigation matters- Under the umbrella of Personal Insolvency Litigation, you can expect to be dealing with the applications for possession and sales, applications to suspend discharge and applications for disclosure, to name a few- You will also be working on the annulment of bankruptcy applications, setting aside statutory demands and disputed bankruptcy petitions- Under the Corporate Insolvency Litigation umbrella, you will be working on claims against Directors, applications to rescind winding up orders, applications for validation orders and a variety of injunctions as well as a variety of other matters- From time to time, you can expect to be assisting in the firms training initiatives and schemes where appropriateThe ideal candidate:- Ideally, you will have previous experience as Fee Earner within Insolvency Litigation however those with solid litigation experience with an interest in this area of law are encouraged to apply- You will have excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise your work accordingly- The firm are looking for someone to build their experience and succeed within this role as well as commit to the wider development of the firm- Aligning your approach to work with the firms positive ethos and client-care proceduresIf you are looking to take that next step and establish your career in a top regional firm, why not apply today To find out more about this Insolvency opportunity in Beverley and see if it could be an option for you, contact Vicky Cavendish at Sacco Mannon .
