Job Description

You will work with experienced programme management and business change colleagues to review and updatethe councils adult social care telecare and our wider technology enabled care offer.You will also co-ordinate the project office, support stakeholders and provide advice and guidance to service colleagues liaising with system suppliers accordingly. The ability to communicate clearly, maintain project documentation, co-ordinate multipleworkstreams and support user training are all essential.Ideally you will have experience and skills in the following:

  • customer and stakeholder relationship management
  • understanding of project management methodologies
  • understanding of existing technologies and new emerging technologies, particularly relating to telecare systems and processes
  • ability to co-ordinate and direct resources to ensure projects deliver objectives
  • ability to produce well written and well organised documentation and presentations to all audience levels.
