We are officially an “Outstanding” educational provider.Following the merger of East Riding College with TEC Partnership (formerly the Grimsby Institute Group), a new exciting role of a HR Business partner is now available working primarily with our colleagues based at East Ridings College’s campuses in Beverley and Bridlington in East Yorkshire.This is a key HR role at the College, being the senior post in the East Riding HR team. The post holder will report to the Group Head of Employee Relations but will also build strong working relationships with the College Principal and his management teams at Beverley, Bridlington and Hull providing specialist HR advice and support in all aspects of people planning and management.The successful applicant should be an experienced HR professional with a good knowledge of all key HR processes and with a strong background in Employee Relations.
