Job Description

Site CoordinatorWe are recruiting for a Site Coordinator role in Nuneaton. Our client prides themselves on the ability to communicate internally but also with their customers.   • Strong experience working in a performance-based environment
Details:
  • Salary: £50 per hour
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Nuneaton
  • Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Site Coordinator:
  • Support and coach a small team of warehouse operatives, being responsible for the day-to-day staffing needs of our clients and our employees.
  • Work closely with the Site Manager to achieve targets in relation to key performance metrics.
  • Oversee the recruiting process for the site.
  • Help to develop a positive working culture within the site, and promote positive working practices for the employees.
  • Be the first point of contact for our client and our employees at our site in Nuneaton.
