Job Description

Immediate starts available, weekly pay,full time hours, free canteen, paid breaks, plus plenty more benefits!Meridian Business Support are recruiting production operatives forEuropes largest direct to consumer flower company based inNuneaton:

  • Standard rate of pay:£10.00
  • Overtime (after 40 hours):£15.00
Potential earnings before deductions (for example Tax, National Insurance and Pension if applicable) £400 per a week!
  • Production(Monday to Thursday): 08:00-18:00
  • Fulfilment(Monday to Friday): 8:00 - 16:00
The Job:Production is split into two segments with the day shift taking the necessary steps to produce the required products and the afternoon shift focusing on fulfilmentand thus printing labels, packaging and ensuring that the products are shipped out of the warehouseon time, accurately with the designated courier. Production primarily focus on flower production involving preparing flowers by trimming and removing outer packaging, conducting basic quality assessments, assembling flowers on production lines and raising quality concerns to line leaders. Fulfilment primary focus on boxing and labelling a range of products as well as palletising/caging finished boxes of products ready for them to be shipped with the designated courier.
