You will be fully trained to assist their service users to meet their care needs, which can range from motivational support to personal care.- You will work to individualised goal plans, with the aim of encouraging service users to do these things for themselves, wherever possible. We also promote and supply equipment to help people. Not only will you make a positive difference to people’s lives, but you will also have the pleasure of seeing that change first hand which is a very rewarding feeling knowing that you are helping the most vulnerable within your community- Various shift patterns between 07:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 23:00, 7 days a week (alternate weekends)What we need from you:If you are inspiring person, and can encourage individuals with poor health, disability or who have had an accident to re-learn or re-gain skills they may have lost or if you are looking for a career which you will find rewarding as you observe the progress the individuals make each day, then this is an excellent career pathway.Person Specification:- Genuine care for others- Good communication skills- Ability to understand what the role entails- Ability to follow instructions- Must hold full UK drivers license (Essential)- Good understanding of social care- Experience in care provision.Key Competencies:- To be able to attend all Customer’s calls.- To understand the importance of such calls.- To be able to cope with emergency and difficult situations.- To be able to communicate with other people.- To be able to maintain high standards of care provision.Start Date:- Immediate subject to successful induction training- DBS checks required- Candidate must hold a full UK driving license and own a carSo there we are!
