Administrator Required - Transport AdministratorPay £8.72Belvedere10am - 7pmMonday - FridayRole:To proactively monitor consignments from a designated portfolio of new and existing accounts to confirm all export documentation requirements are met prior to exportation of shipments.· Be knowledgeable of export documentation regulations for Northern Ireland, Europe and the rest of the world.· Resolve problems with export shipments and engage with customers to enhance their understanding of export shipping requirements.· Build effective customer relationships to strengthen relationships, understand requirements and support retention.· Take ownership of customer export enquiries, ensuring that we resolve the customer issues and satisfy the customer needs, even in challenging and complex situations.· Provide a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging interaction with the customer to achieve first time right’ for the customer in a timely manner.· Be available to respond to all forms of customer contact in order to achieve agreed service levels.· Be knowledgeable of the features and benefits of the product and service range.· Whenever possible, maximise opportunities to exceed customer expectations.· Display positive behaviours with a can-do attitude.· Adopt a professional and friendly approach whilst communicating effectively with all internal/external stakeholders· Problem solve and resolve customer export issues across the business, utilising key contacts and where appropriate, following the escalation processCOVID 19 -Please be aware you will be pre-screened prior to applying and entering the site.Please check our Facebook page for a future start date and up-to-date information.Due to the high response, if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please assume that your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
