Job Description

Talk Staff are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Planning Administrator to join their fantastic client based in Belper, who foster their employees growth and offer a friendly environment along with a generous benefits package.The client is looking for a planning administrator who has excellent communication skills both verbally and written as well as strong organisational skills, experience of using SAP and a candidate who has a can-do and motivated attitudeTo be considered for the role, youll require the following essentials:

  • SAP knowledge/experience
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Within this position, youll also be:
  • Ensuring purchase orders are placed within necessary lead times to ensure material availability
  • Running reports in SAP
  • Managing data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Keeping records and reports up to date
