Job Description

You will be required to ensure all materials from external suppliers is available to cover production orders, based on existing supply contract conditions and production quantity planning requirementsClient DetailsMy client is a well established Manufacturer.DescriptionWhat will you be required to do

  • Ensure all materials from external suppliers are available to cover the orders scheduled.
  • Creating call-off orders and providing forecasts to suppliers
  • Closely monitor supplier deliveries to ensure accuracy
  • Support on all matters Supply Planning related
  • Control the process for introducing new products, supporting the buyers where needed
  • Act as point of contact for discrepancies in production
  • Solve invoice verification queries, process goods receipt booking, the movement of stock into SAP WM and complete month-end checks and counts on selected parts.
  • Coordinate deliveries to the correct designated area of the site.
ProfileWhat the business is looking for in you
  • SAP Knowledge - MM and EM is Essential (SAP Ariba is preferable)
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Highly skilled problem solver
  • Solid working knowledge of all MS applications
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Excellent negotiation skills
