Job Description

Marketing Operations ManagerBelper- 3 days office/2 days home£competitive plus generous benefits packagePitch is super excited to be working with Vaillant Group as their retained recruitment partner as they look to expand their marketing team and recruit several new roles.The vision of Vaillant in the UK is to be the market leader, delivering the ultimate customer experience in sustainable heating and hot water solutions and services. This brand-new role of Marketing Operations Manager will help to realise this vision throughthe implementation of the marketing strategy.Leading a large team who are responsible for delivering all campaigns, content, and the website, this role also works closely with the commercial area of the organisation ensuring promotions and partner channels are utilised to deliver all marketing communicationsfor Vaillant Group.What will you be doing

  • Work closely with the brand strategy and marketing activation managers to design a creative brief, thinking about target customers, messaging and marketing channels.
  • Work with internal teams and agencies to decide on channel strategy to maximise all campaigns.
  • Budget management.
  • Analysing and reporting on all campaigns.
  • Management of a large team.
What experience do you need
  • Experience working in a senior level marketing role with significant team management experience.
  • Campaign management experience across all channels, including TV, sponsorship, digital.
  • A marketing agency background would be beneficial and/or experience inhouse where you have managed multiple projects/brands.
  • B2C marketing experience is essential for this role.
  • Be an exceptional communicator and have a test and learn approach.
  • A professional qualification in a related discipline.
