Job Description

Are you a motivated and experienced Administrator, who is looking for a busy and varied roleWe are working with a fantastic client based in Belper who are looking to hire a Documentation Administrator on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. The main purpose of the role is to provide support and aid in the successful delivery of variousprojects whilst maintaining the highest possible standards and relationships with clients.To be considered for the Document Controller role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Experience in a similar role/environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience of working with in house bespoke systems
  • Typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
Within this Accounts team, you’ll also be:
  • Managing and maintaining the internal database for multiple projects across the business
  • Quality checking of project documentation
  • Issuing secure invites to the system
  • Attending project launch meetings
  • Supporting in the recruitment process of Site Administrators
  • Being the first line of support for the regional project teams
  • Reviewing regional project reviews & identifying action plans where required
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining the Project Plans on each project
  • General admin duties such as photocopying, printing, filing etc
Salary & Working Hours
  • Salary is £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependant on experience
  • Working hours are Monday – Friday
  • On site parking
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays
