Working with a UK wide facilities management company, Integra People are assisting with the appointment of a Caretaker for a temporary to permanent contract within a school based in the Belper area, Derbyshire.Being the main key holder for the school, duties will include opening and closing the school, some external works may be required, such as ensuring boundary fences are secure, mowing, sweeping and other maintainence duties. Ensuring that all facilities are maintained, changing light bulbs, painting areas, some cleaning and coordinating trades men such as electricians and plumbers when faults arise.Shifts are Monday to Friday.7am - 9am and 3pm - 6pmRate: £9.30 per hour paid weekly.Requirements: work within a same or similar role is ideal for the vacancy alongside a recent Enhanced DBS check with child barring due to this being a school****should you not have the DBS or it is out of date, Integra people can sponsor the DBS for the role, this will be at the cost to the candidate.Immediate start for the right candidate, ideally, due to this being a split shift, applicants would have their own transport or live locally or have flexible transport arrangements.Contact Genna Williams in Abergele to apply, or click the link with your CV details and we will contact you.
