Generous pension scheme" Exciting well-being programme" Free onsite parking" Subsided onsite canteen" Bike to work scheme" Covid secure working environment" Internal development plansIn return, what we ask from you is the following skills, attitudes and behaviours.Previous experience ordering replacement boiler or central heating partsLocal geographical knowledgeBe able to motivate yourself, when working alone or in a teamBe a positive energetic character with a can-do attitude and good interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise workload, multitask and communicate effectivelyPrevious experience of SAP and Salesforce is desirableSounds like you Well let me tell you a little bit more about the job role itselfDay to day you will be liaising with Sub Contractors, Engineers and contact centre agents to order parts for boilers or heating systems that are in need of repair and ensure accuracy when ordering new parts.The orders will be placed via Salesforce, SAP or Plumb Centre and ensure records are kept up to date of the requirements needed. Make sure all administration tasks are completed on time and manage the diary by prioritising workload.
