Job Description

Are you looking for your next customer focused role and available to start from December over the festive period and beyond...We have a market leading client boasting a Gold Investors In People award, are looking for motivated and enthusiastic customer service advisors to join their growing business. Based in North Derbyshire, you will be a good listener and have the natural desireto provide an excellent level of service to your customers.To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
  • Be available to start December
  • Natural problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • IT Literate
The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience in either a face to face or telephone-based capacity. Having a calm and reassuring manner is a must, as is the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.Within this position, you’ll also be:
  • Delivering a professional customer experience via telephone and email
  • Ensuring all calls are answered in line with business needs
  • Coordinating provisions across the business for customers
  • Providing support to customers as needed
  • Booking appointments
  • Updating the inhouse system with all customer interactions
Salary & Working HoursSalary is £23,000 per annum, plus bonusWorking hours are 39.5 hours per week on a rota basis predominantly Monday – Friday and some weekend shifts
