Job Description

Our client is a reputable industry leader, driven by their desire to provide world class customer service. With this in mind, they are looking for an Advisor to join their rapidly expanding team in Belper on a permanent basis, helping them deliver excellentcustomer experiences and improve processes where possible. If you have great communication skills and the ability to interpret technical information, then we’d love to hear from you.To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Experience in a customer service role, technical is desirable but can be learned
  • Demonstrate the ability to interpret technical information and instructions
  • Demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Experience of working to KPIs
  • Computer literate including all Microsoft applications
  • Experience of using Salesforce ideal
The ideal candidate will be able to relay information to customers and engineers via telephone with clarity and confidence and have the drive to consistently work to KPIs.Within this position, you’ll also be:
  • Providing technical advice to external users
  • Engaging with customers so the company can better understand how they can support them through the purchase processes
  • Understanding customer requirements, showing a good technical aptitude with the ability to give advice by telephone with clarity and diplomacy
  • Ensuring knowledge of company’s product range
  • Diagnosing possible faults
