Job Description

Customer Service Advisor39.5 hours shifts between the hours of Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 Saturday 8:00 -15:00 Sunday 8:00 - 12:00, salary £23066 and up to £1500 bonus annually.BASED IN BELPERDAY TO DAY DUTIES:

  • You will be dealing with customers who contact Vaillant Service via telephone, email or live chat to arrange engineer visits.
  • Using your customer service skills, you will provide an effortless customer journey and
  • experience through a variety of communication channels.
  • You will gain an understanding of each customers situation, spotting potential
  • opportunities to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all telephone calls are answered within our service level agreement, booking
  • engineer visits utilising the Salesforce platform.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service to customers.
  • A sound understanding of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms.
  • Youre highly approachable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive outlook, the determination to succeed and are flexible to learning new skills to support the needs of the business.
  • Previous Call Centre experience is desirable.
