Job Description

Blue Arrow Derby is proud to be working in partnership with UKs leading manufacturers of boilers, heat pumps & heating systems and they are looking to recruit Contracts Administrator to join their team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Please note once the successful candidate has been fully trained there is the possibility of hybrid working 2 days at home and 3 in the office.Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:00 and Friday 8:30 - 15:30Salary: £21,710 This role is within the Contracts team and will be responsible for processing contract support claims together with handling aspects of contract administration.Duties will include:

  • You will upload and process contract support claims in salesforce, investigate customer queries/complaints to resolution and build effective relationships with the sales team and customer base.
  • Promote the use of the digital portal for claims submission and highlight potential
improvement areas within the department to management as well as assist other members of the Contracts Administration team when required.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment/resolution and maintain up to date digital claim filing.
About you:
  • Previous administration experience in the same or similar role
  • Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills, be self-confident, well organised and an active team player.
  • Problem solving skills and an analytical approach to solve problems and overcome barriers.
  • The ability to perform well in a flexible department dealing with several tasks at once.
  • Advanced IT skills, experience of Salesforce & SAP is preferable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
