Pertemps are currently supporting our dietary food manufactory client in Bellshill on their search to add a Procurement Co-Ordinator to their team on a Temp to Perm basis staring as soon as possible.This role requires a degree of flexibility from the applicant to be able to cover crucial areas of the business when necessary, such as: Finance, Logistics and Planning and Office Administration so would likely suit individuals who have worked within financein the production or manufacturing industry.Pay rate: £12.31 per hour (£24,000 per year)Hours: 37.5 per week / 8 per dayContract: Temp to perm & Full timeKey Responsibilities:This role is critical to the smooth operation of the business. The role will also support the business by performing financial clerical tasks including; Processing and recording transactions, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clientsand vendors and processing orders. As well as production planning, stock ordering and logistics.Duties" Responsible for accuracy of sales ledger, including raising and processing of customer /supplier invoices, entering new customer details/credit terms in a timely manner." Ordering of all raw materials, stock replenishment and holding in a timely manner to ensure production outputs are met." Responsible for arranging all transport, managing customer relations with transport companies and dealing with all queries or issues." Control of costs in line with production outputs and budgetary controls." Work closely with Production Front Line Managers to ensure that orders, stock levels and supply is monitored to minimize shortages." Proactively builds sustainable relationships both internally and with key customer contacts." Manage admin inbox and ensure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner." Greet all visitors to site in a professional & friendly manner;" Ensure company procedures are adhered to when visitors arrive and leave site (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, health questionnaires, fire register);" Answer, screen and deal with all incoming enquiries by phone, e-mail, letter, and face to face;Personal attributes" Excellent verbal and written communication" Strong numeracy skills" IT literacy is essential" Strong attention to detail with a good eye for detail" Flexibility to adapt to business needsIf you are interested in this role and your CV matches the above please apply today or email Michael at
