Our vision is to build a sustainable single-source IT services business of scale,with a talented and highly skilled team who provide outstanding service and add value to our customers.Your new roleThis is an exciting opportunity for an Outbound Sales Manager to join Kick ICT and help us deliver on our ambitious growth plans. We are looking for a tenacious, self-motivated and target driven individual to build and develop the outbound telesales functionin a dynamic and fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for hiring and training an outbound telesales team with a focus on obtaining quality leads and opportunities for the business. A hands-on management position, you will enjoy leading from the front, carrying a calling and opportunitygeneration target personally, as well as overseeing the team daily workflow. You will map potential markets and ensure the CRM system is kept UpToDate and effective.As a leader, you will collaborate with the Sales Director to establish goals/targets and to develop scripts to use by the outbound sales team. Monitoring team performance, communicating goals and quotas to team, you will encourage and motivate the team towork towards reaching their Key Performance Indicators.You will prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports for the Head of Marketing and the Sales Director and be responsible for team performance.As a people manager, it will be important to conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive for the team, as well as monitor and review calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.What youll need to succeedA proven track-record of management within an outbound telesales environment is essential for this position. Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team are required, in conjunction with B2B product / solutionsselling.You will be a driven person, capable of building upon the current customer base, helping to drive the business forward as it continues to grow.From a technical perspective, it is important to be proficient with Microsoft Office, and CRM systems to manage performance, prepare reporting and monitor the customer base.What youll get in returnThis position commands a very competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 + bonus structure.
