My client is currently looking to appoint a Financial Advisor to join their practice in Belshill, North Lanarkshire.This is a new appointment, created to meet the demands of an exciting period of growth.It offers the perfect opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser, minimum Level 4 qualified with ambitions to grow within a supportive practice and a desire to achieve Chartered status in time.You will join an established team of Financial Advisers. As an experienced Financial Adviser within the practice, you will work to defined KPIs, service and grow an existing client bank, and identify your own opportunities for growth.While it is expected you will be a driven, self-starter, you will also benefit from being supported by of a wider team comprising of Paraplanners, Client Service Specialists, Marketing and Training and Development individuals.Conscientious and focused, you will be a key member of a practice that holds the needs of its valued clients at the heart of everything it does and strives for an inimitable first-class service.You will be flexible and have a willingness, not just to get the job done, but to get it done right, continually adding value to our clients experience.A generous remuneration and professional development package include fee share, bonus and training and development opportunities being offered to the successful candidate. Establish new business opportunities and grow an individual client bank. Perform to agreed Key Performance Indicators. Engage with clients in person, on the phone and online. Be accommodating and adaptable to ensure clients are given the service they expect from a FTSE100 company. Demonstrate continued value and quality of service. Manage a rolling pipeline and caseload efficiently and effectively. Ensure processes and systems are up to date and followed to a high standard.Person specification: Level 4 Diploma qualified. Experience in delivering pension, investment, and protection advice. Strong client servicing ethos.
