Job Description

The Company Able Bridge Recruitment are partnering one of Scotlands most internationally recognised and prestigious drinks businesses in the recruitment of an expenses administrator on a permanent basis.The role will be based in the companies head office on the outskirts of Glasgow and will be accountable to the head of transactional services. The role holder will be office based 3 days per week and home based for 2 days.The ResponsibilitiesThe purpose of this role is to ensure employee expenses are paid accurately whilst ensuring financial controls and appropriate administration is adhered to at all times.On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following;Responsible for the processing and payment of employee expenses throughout the company wide, online expenses system.Control of company credit cards and the subsequent maintenance including the order of new cards, cancelling cards and updating credit limits.Review employee expenses to ensure claims are justified and relevant information such as receipts are submitted with the claims.Analysis expense claims to ensure expenses are submitted and processed within a 3-month window.Maintain the online expenses systems for all UK based companies ensuring that any updates are managed appropriately.Work with group finance teams to ensure monthly, quarterly and year end accruals are accurately provisioned in line with group reporting timeline.The RequirementsWe are seeking applications from candidates who have at least 2 years accounting experience (within an expenses/payables environment).
