As this role has a strong focus on Compliance of CompanyPolicy, we are looking for someone that is able to take ownership and responsibility for the work that they do, enjoys supporting the team as well as being able to work autonomously and has a methodical approach to day to day work. Hours of work- Monday -Friday 8am-5pm Additional Requirements What will I be doing An Administrator within Civils Jewson is an essential role within the branch network as you will be responsible for protecting the profitability of the branch through compliance,whilst maximising effectiveness and efficiency and ensuring high levels of Customer Service are maintained. In order to support the team and our customers you will; * Support the back office of the branch with all things administration * Use our in-house systemsto process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey * Analyse Daily reports and take relevant action * Resolve or escalate Supplier and Customer queries, * Ensure business control compliance * Keep the branchlooking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers * Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts * Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work * Work with colleaguesto suggest opportunities for improvement About Us * Are Jewson and Saint-Gobain an Inclusive employer * Our Customers are all unique and so are our colleagues.
