Job Description

Central Employment is excited to announce an outstanding opportunity with one of our esteemed manufacturing clients based in Bellshill. We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:

  • Posting customer cash receipts on a daily basis.
  • Conducting weekly bank reconciliations.
  • Compiling and distributing weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Aiding in general ledger analysis and reconciliations.
  • Providing support to the broader finance office team and various depots as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Accounts assistance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance team
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities
  • Methodical and well-organised, capable of handling pressure to meet deadlines
  • Self-driven and proactive, demonstrating initiative
  • Adaptable mindset, excelling in a collaborative team setting
  • Display a remarkable level of precision and attention to detail
  • Proficient in IT and Excel applications
