Enjoying continued growth through service and market development, the business is seeking Workflow Automation Specialist to support the Legal Technology, eDiscovery and Technical Operations teams. Delivering high quality, cost effective and technology-enabled legal services as part of a global division, your brief includes:•Supporting the design, development, deployment & ongoing operation of a core technology stack in the delivery of products & services•Creation of complex non-linear automated workflows to provide seamless solutions to clients •Delivering technically creative & smart solutions that provide business strategic workflows •Supporting the interpretation, design & implementation of ideas & applications•Involvement in the pro-active management of system maintenance & upgrades; licenses & license renewal & installation of new technology •Providing subject matter expertise on technology as part of broader initiatives •Supporting teams in establishing governance frameworks for successful management & oversight of automated workflow initiativesWith proven technology experience gained within the Law, Legal Services or Professional Services sector, you will demonstrate exposure to designing workflows & using Visio/Lucid Charts diagramming tools. Familiar with API protocols including REST, JSON and/or SOAP, you will have evidence of working in multidisciplinary teams and delivering technical solutions to tight deadlines. The role demands familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools including Appian, Pega, Oracle BPM, RunMyProcess or Bizagi.
