Some of the biggest clinics and leading names in the industries in which we operate use TM2 to transform how their businesses run, including the largest group of physiotherapists in the UK outside the NHS, Nuffield HealthWellbeing.We have combined the talents of experienced professionals in the IT industry with a highly skilled and enthusiastic technical and commercial team to produce a friendly and innovative company.We are now looking to expand this team with the appointment of a new IT Support Analyst to complement our existing team in the implementation and support of the TM3 product range.Day-to-day responsibilities include support for clients via emails, LiveChat, phone calls etc., and documenting the calls by using the required software. Required skills and Experience:

  • Degreein an IT related Industry
  • Experience in dealing with customers face to face and by telephone, and in customer service in an IT environment
  • Experience in database use (preferably SQL Server)
  • Proven strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, and decision-making skills as well as effective time-management
  • Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office work processing and spreadsheet software as well as e-mail, the internet, and Microsoft Windows
