Technology Recruitment Consultant

  • Engage with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Source and screen candidates for variousroles, ensuring a good match between client requirements and candidate skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a high level of service and repeat business.
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to the success of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and use this knowledge to inform your recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in networking events to expand your professional contacts and promote Reedsservices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in recruitment or sales is advantageous but not essential.
