Senior Product Designer

To be active in the project lifecyclefrom brief and pitch to usability and build
Working collaboratively with account managers, creatives or developers to deliver digital output of the highest quality and to the business requirement
Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture, attending events and engaging with the wider digital creative community
Articulating and presenting creative ideas/treatments to teams and clients
Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client
Working closely with senior staff to improve your skills in all areas of digital creative and technology

Job Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
In-depth digital design capabilities
Significant industry experience
Ability to learn and improve your skills in a fast-paced environment
The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines
Problem solving skills
The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts
The foresight to put themselves in the shoes of the user
Meticulous attention to detail
Significant technical experience in UI/UX best practices
The ability to spot problems in all areas of UX design before they arise
Over 4+ years experience in a similar role, within the financial services industry
Digital innovation mindset, with the ability to challenge the norm in the banking world, and to back it up with research findings
Excellent background in retail banking, specifically digital and innovation
Pro-active and incredibly creative
