If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.Your roleYou will consult with and advise multiple levels of a clients business and be comfortable working alongside the Finance and IT departments. You will be involved in the full life cycle of an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) project, starting with theinitial design of the performance framework through to the implementation of the supporting technology.You will be responsible for:

  • The successful design and delivery of Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting solutions in strategic accounts
  • Identifying client requirements, processes and business drivers through meetings and workshops, and advising on best practices
  • Advising on the various solutions available to meet the clients needs and the relative advantages and disadvantages of those solutions
  • Owning deliverables as a part of a larger project team
  • Performing practice development including contributing to client bids, thought leadership pieces, industry events, supporting the delivery of training or managing team communications
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

  • Experience in a planning, budgeting and forecasting discipline within management consulting or relevant experience working in industry
  • Experience of implementing EPM technologies on premise and/or in the cloud in Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, OneStream and/or Oracle
  • Ability to translate and present technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear, concise, appropriate manner
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
  • Effective cross-functional project management skills, with experience of working with geographically dispersed teams and clients
Desired
  • Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA is advantageous
