Were now seeking our next colleague to join our team so that they can help us manage our publicsector contracts.The Recruitment Consultant will be charged with delivering the calibre, quality, and quantity of candidates our clients need within deadline, and in a manner which satisfies our contractual obligations. Compliance, speed, the ability to multi-task, excellentIT-literacy, customer-focus, and client-focus are essential to be a Recruitment Consultant within our Public Sector team, and those are the qualities we`re seeking in our new colleague. Duties in this role will include sourcing the best candidates for our clients, helping candidates to complete their Security clearance applications, providing all candidates with pre-interview advice, ensuring application packs are 100% compliant with our contractand our clients wishes, meeting daily and weekly targets, managing Brook Streets Temporary Employees, inputting payroll information, liaising with our clients Managers, creating and posting vacancy advertisements online, sifting CVs, and interviewing, registering,testing, and referencing our candidates.This is a demanding role but rewarding role. The successful candidate will be working in a small team and will take responsibility for the vacancies and clients on which they`re working. Candidates must, therefor, have very good IT-literacy and, although notessential, it would be highly advantageous if candidates had at least 2 years` experience within the Recruitment industry which includes at least 1 year`s experience of working on public sector recruitment and the compliance associated with it.If you would like to apply for this role, please email your CV to Declan Callaghan via the `Apply` link.
