Keenan Recruitment is expanding and we have an exciting recruitment opportunity within our fabulous team. A background in agency recruitment is not mandatory.We are looking for candidates who are at ease within a business development environment. You will be able to provide a personal touch when working with candidates and clients across a diverse range of sectors, and we encourage our consultants to build thisrelationship in person and online. You will be comfortable recording and sharing short recruitment videos on our social media platforms.You will have the ability to co-work projects with other consultants as well as develop your own client and candidate base and you will share our values and be part of our philanthropic programmes throughout the year.We invite applications from a diverse range of backgrounds particularly welcoming recruitment professionals who have experience within permanent recruitment.It would be advantageous if you have an understanding of advertising across social media platforms and have experience with digital marketing.Location: Based in Glandores beautiful Arthur House, BT1. We are currently operating on a hybrid model however we are flexible if you prefer to be completely office based.Hours of work:Monday to Friday 08.30 to 5pm with a contribution to the on-call rota.Salary:Dependant on experience.Commission:Generous new structure in place.Holidays:30 days (10 of which are statutory) plus 5 additional bonus flexi annual leave days per year, for sharing on-call.
