A new opportunity for a Project Delivery Coordinator (Extended Schools) has opened up in this charitys Programme Delivery & Learning department.Project Delivery Coordinator, Northern Ireland (Extended Schools)Location: Northern Ireland (hybrid - home/regionally based)Department: Programme DeliveryHours: Full time (35 hours per week)Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2023 (renewable dependent on future NI Screen Funding).Salary: £28,000 - £35,500 per annum, pro rataReports to: Programme Delivery ManagerAbout the EmployerOur client is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young peoples educational, cultural and personal development. Over half of UK schools engage with their programme of film clubs, special cinema screenings, and resources andtraining to support classroom teaching. Alongside rich online content for young audiences, this provides 5-19 year olds with inspiring opportunities to learn about and with film, and develop a passion for cinema.Role SummaryReporting to a Programme Delivery Manager, Programme Delivery Coordinators (PDCs) are responsible for feeding into and working to operational plans for their regions that achieve effective promotion and delivery of the organisations Programme in alignmentwith strategic objectives. PDCs provide regional intelligence and knowledge and are responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with film, cultural and educational organisations in their designated region.Owing to the nature of the role, occasional weekend and extended working hours are required, along with some travel in the relevant region and the UK.The successful candidate will be required to work collaboratively with all departments, particularly the Learning and Marcomms teams, to ensure a joined-up approach to developing active engagement with the charitys programme, mainly in N.I.
