Operationally focused to deliver activities in line with KPIs, while driving for culinary excellence in a fast paced environment, you will need energy and tenacity to drive the progress required for this business.You will be performance driven and will develop labour and materials forecasts and budget targets which optimise our operating modelYou will role model our values and will monitor and review unit performance and individual process performance on a daily, weekly and period basis ensuring that you invest time and effort in the development of these areas. You will ensure that action plansare initiated, delivered and reviewed and ensure that issues and resolutions are communicated and understood.As the Operations Manager for Belfast you will ensure the unit team contributes positively to achieving the expected level of internal and external customer service. Ensuring that presentations occur as requested by customers to the dnata standard, and thatour service level agreements are agreed with our customers and reviewed on a regular basis.Managing the performance of the unit management team to achieve targets you will drive continuous improvement ensuring that the team implement all best practice company standards, maintain regular contact with our customers and that all issues are dealtwith promptly.The appointable candidate will have experience of operational people management, a background in food production would be advantageous, with an understanding of health and safety regulations in relations to operations.You will have a logical and methodical approach to work, with experience of managing budgets and forecasting, you will have strong data management skills and be comfortable communicating at all levels.
