Markets Operations Belfast Overview:Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. You can play an important part in transforming and simplifying our operating model, creating an exciting environment which encourages diversity of thought and inclusion within an organisation that authentically values and invests in its people Role Overview: The Operations Analyst is an entry level position responsible in assisting in the clearance, settlement and investigation of transactions. The overall objective of this role is to support the Equity Trading Desks and Prime Finance clients. What youll do:

  • Perform transaction verifications to ensure accuracy of requests
  • Generate and match trade requests.
  • Complete daily tasks accurately and on time
  • Coordinate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution
  • Perform regulatory controls in accordance with established policies
  • Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports

Successful candidates will attend a three week Market Operations Training Academy if required. This aims to help you understand how Markets Operations work and where your role fits in in Citi while also providing you with all the tools needed to be the best you can be in your new role.
