Our client has advised us that the successful candidate may still be in the role beyond that six-monthperiod.Duties include:" Provide administrative support to the Information Governance and Informatics Team.Work closely with the Information Manager and Team colleagues to ensure the provision of high quality management information Deal with Telephone queries from patients and other relevant personnel and at all times maintain a courteous and pleasant mannerRequest and print letters, documents, labels and reports using related electronic systemsBe responsible for the validation and audit of data quality to ensure that the correct procedures and systems are in place to enable consistency and accuracy in the capturing and recording of information.Use a range of computer packages and systems such as Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook.Develop and maintain a good knowledge of information systems and data definitions surrounding statutory returns and regional guidance.The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Candidates must have four GCSEs at grade C and above or have one year`s experience of working within an administrative or clerical role. Previous experience ina Trust or in a similar role is desirable.The hours of work will be from 0900 to 1700 from Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week).
