Job Description Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Junior Reporting Analyst on behalf of a top-tier bank based in Belfast on an initial 12 month contract. The contractor will be rewarded with a day rate of £104 Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a Junior Reporting Analyst on behalf of a top-tier bank based in Belfast on an initial 12 month contract. The contractor will be receive a day rate of £104 on an initial 12 month contract. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in financial forecasting, budgeting, and management for the Software Book of Work across Technology lines of Business.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc high quality financial reports in line with agreed reporting schedules and ensuring the timely distribution of these against agreed SLAs and using appropriate dissemination channels
  • Assist in the preparation of PowerPoint materials to include refreshing templates or quality assuring work produced by others
  • Work as directed on excel data files; receipting, storing, amalgamating, and creating summaries of key themes
Knowledge/Experience:
  • A strong/intermediate experience of excel to include experience with formulas, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables
  • Experience of using SharePoint to store/retrieve files
  • Extracting data from in-house systems
  • Experience of producing high quality and accurate reports for senior audiences in demanding timeframes
  • Experience of learning new work/activities quickly
  • Experience of working with financials would be desirable
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
