• Carrying out day to day support for clients, including emails, LiveChat, phone calls etc.
• Documenting all support calls taken and using the required software for the purpose
• Handling questions, problems and issues from potential/existing clients
• Assisting with the planning and implementation of TM2 & TM3 for clients
• Assisting in all technical queries from clients including hardware
• Liaising with potential and actual clients with regard to Blue Zinc software products
• The installation or deployment of PC based or Internet based products

Required skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of effective customer service
• Technical knowledge of current information technology
• Experience of database use (preferably SQL Server)
• Experience of working in customer service in an IT environment
• Experience of dealing with customers face to face and by telephone
• Proven strong analytical, problem solving, logical thinking and decision-making skills
• Evidence of effective organisational, planning and personal time management ability.
• Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office work processing and spreadsheet software as well as e-mail, the internet and Microsoft Windows
• Experience of Windows OS and Windows Office applications

• Experience of Freshdesk
• Experience of Intercom
• Experience of task tracking system such as YouTrack
